The Met Office Hadley Centre, is the UK's official centre for climate change research.

In UKCP09, the Met Office Hadley Centre was responsible for the production of the probabilistic climate change projections for the land, and some of the marine projections. These projections were made using HadCM3 and HadSM3, and were downscaled to a 25 km grid using HadRM3.
